CLIENT: Acoustic Musical Instrument Store

Role: Social Media Manager

Challenge: Client was established in the local marketing space but wanted to grow their national/international brand identity. I was challenged with developing the brand on social media, building followers and launching online campaigns. I was hired as the sole strategist and community manager for their online marketing initiatives.

Solution: I optimized their existing website and social media channels, launched and developed new channels, interacted with and helped grow the number of followers on each platform. This was done through content creation, organic advertising, engaging marketing, social media customer service, analytics and email marketing.

Results: In the first year working with the Client, followers increased by 133% and sales increased over 49%. This was accomplished primarily by organic content creation and marketing. At the beginning of our second year together, the Client asked me to begin paid advertisements, so I planned and created ads on Facebook and Instagram, which has increased sales even more.


CLIENT: Holistic Skincare Company

Role: Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Challenge: Client had developed their skincare products but hadn’t solidified their marketing strategy to develop their brand. I was challenged with developing their website content and marketing their brand on social media.

Solution: I optimized their existing website and social media channels and created a brand awareness campaign. This was accomplished by creating new online content, organic advertising and consistent email marketing.

Results: In the first few months, I helped increase visits to the Client’s website by over 200% and grow social media followers by 33%. This was accomplished by organic content creation and marketing.


CLIENT: Life/Career Coach

Role: Social Media Manager

Challenge: Client had recently decided to shift her online presence from that of a professional musician to her new career as a life coach and mentor. She wanted to launch a website and social media campaign to attract more followers for her coaching business. I was challenged with developing the content for her website and marketing her new brand as a life coach on social media.

Solution: I provided editorial and creative direction for her website building team, optimized existing social media channels and designed an online strategy to create brand awareness.

Results: In the first six months we successfully expanded the brand’s social presence. Her social media followers have steadily grown, and Instagram content interaction has increased by 204%. This was accomplished by organic marketing. We have since included email campaigns for her programs with great success.
